Our Policies

Our operating hours are dependent on movie showtimes or our events (private or public). If you have any questions, about our operating hours, feel free to contact us.

General Hours:

MX Movies Concession Stand and Kitchen will open 30 minutes before the first showtime and we will close 30 minutes after the last show has started.

Tickets will not be sold 30 minutes after the last show has started.

*Please do not rely on Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, or Yelp listings for our operating hours, as they may not be regularly updated.

ALL OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. In exception for private events and arranged ahead of time with MX Management.

Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited at all times.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time

Cell phone usage, excessive talking during the feature or any other disruptive behavior of any kind may result in ejection without refund

Restrooms are for customers only

Coupons and other promotions may not be combined

MX Movies is not responsible for ANY LOST OR STOLEN PERSONAL BELONGINGS. If item is found, guest has up to 1 week to retrieve item.

17 & Younger: Any and all patrons 17 years of age and younger (minor) must be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian or an Authorized Chaperone who is 21 years of age or older (adult) to attend ANY SHOWTIME, regardless of the MPAA rating.

*Adult may represent no more than 5 minors total. Adult must accompany his/her represented group of minors AT ALL TIMES. A current, legal, state issued photo ID must be presented by the adult at the time of ticket purchase (physical ID must be presented, no screenshots or photos accepted). No exceptions.

Children 5 years of age and younger will not admitted into any 'R' rated film at ANYTIME OR rated 'PG13' film that starts after 5:30pm.

Children aged 23 months and younger are admitted FREE to all show times. 

Children 2 years of age through 12 years of age receive the Child Admission rate.  

Students with a valid picture ID, Seniors aged 60 and older, and Military & Police with valid Identification will receive the Student/Senior Discount.  Please have ID ready before approaching box office. 

Due to studio restrictions, free passes cannot be accepted to ANY film during first week of theatrical presentation or for any other special engagement. There are other circumstances that passes will not be allowed.

Special Pricing and Passes may be affected by holidays which are excluded from discounted admissions. 
All Sony Picture releases are also excluded from discounted pricing

MX Security will check all bags brought on premise for outside food and weapons of any kind. Bags maybe left at home, hotel room, or in your car if you choose to not have your bag checked. MX Management and Security has the right to confiscate items not allowed on premises.
